Designed for guests seeking modern coastal elegance, spacious accommodations, and unbeatable proximity to the beach, this stunning home offers panoramic Gulf views, upscale amenities, and room for families or groups to vacation together comfortably.
Situated directly across the street from the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access, guests enjoy a short 2–4 minute walk to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico—with no long boardwalks or shuttle rides required.

This custom-built home was thoughtfully designed to maximize Gulf views from nearly every level. Two expansive covered patios overlook the water, providing the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The main home features five spacious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, plus a private carriage house offering additional living space and privacy—ideal for extended family or couples traveling together.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation and home to be together. There was space for each family and close proximity to beach access sealed the deal!
This is our third year renting this home and that should say it all. The location is prime, home is new and perfect. Our family loves it here and we are booking for next year as I type this.
This house was perfect. Absolutely zero complaints. The home is beautiful, well maintained, clean and stocked with everything you need. The house is steps away from the public beach access and a short walk to Stinkys (highly recommend their coffee and breakfast sandwiches!) Our favorite thing about the house would have to be all the outdoor seating on the balconies. Lastly, when we arrived at the house, Clint from the property management team, was doing a walk through to make sure everything at the house was ready. He was so friendly and gave us some wonderful recommendations for our stay. We plan to come back again next year!
