To access Seacrest Beach amenities and parking, guests must complete the Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registrationprior to arrival. A registration link will be provided after booking.
Upon arrival, guests may pick up parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Services window near the lagoon pool. The lagoon amenity complex can be accessed through any of the six community gates.
Please Note:
The Seacrest Beach HOA requires a $3 per day per guest fee, which will be collected after booking and prior to arrival.
BEACH ACCESS
Seacrest Beach offers a private beach access on the south side of 30A, easily reached via the community’s convenient on-demand beach tram service.
At the beach entrance:
• Chair rentals are available through La Dolce Vita on the east side.
• Guests bringing their own chairs may set up on the west side.
Please note: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies are not permitted at the private beach access.
